Blueprint For Transformation

Our 8-Week Comprehensive High Performer Nutrition Program is designed for individuals who want to elevate their performance, optimize their daily fueling, and work directly with a performance nutrition expert.

This program begins with a detailed initial 30-minute consultation, where we discuss your goals, food preferences, allergies or intolerances, training demands, sport-specific needs, and relevant anthropometric data. From this, we establish personalized macronutrient and micronutrient targets, daily caloric goals, and a nutrition framework tailored to your performance objectives.

Throughout the 8 weeks, you will receive:

  • A complete comprehensive nutrition strategy, including performance-driven macro and nutrient targets
  • A customized 7-day food options blueprint to help you consistently hit your goals
  • Habit and routine coaching to refine behaviors, improve consistency, and lock in sustainable performance-focused nutrition practices
  • Biweekly 10–15 minute phone check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed
  • Weekly touchpoints via text or email for ongoing support and accountability.
